We made an evaluation about operating assets operated by Komárom-Ács Waterworks Ltd. in Komárom city, as follows:

• The water utility service system’s independent utilities and operating assets have been separated, in accordance with the new water utility standard (Ct CCIX. 2011).
• The review of operating assets value and market value were carried out (approx.. 250 fixed assets, 1+2 real estate – water works, cabana, fountain -, and another 15 high-value vehicles, machines and equipment).
